A lead source for Australian tradies

Real jobs in your suburb.
No monthly fee.

Every lead is confirmed by the homeowner who typed it. 3 tradies can claim it, then it closes. You pay nothing to look.

Homeowners can post a job today. The tradie feed and checkout open suburb by suburb.

01What it costs you now

“I paid for a lead that five other tradies already called, and half the numbers are dead.”

The same sentence, repeated on every trade review site.

hipages sells from A$139+GST a month before you win a single job. You still burn credits on each lead.

Oneflare and ServiceSeeking start near A$100 a month. Bark sells the same lead to everyone who will pay for it.

You carry the fixed fee, the shared lead and the wrong number. They are paid either way. We built the opposite.

02What a lead looks like

One card. Everything you need before you spend anything.

Last claim

2 tradies have it. You would be the last one in.

3 of 3 claimed

Closed. Nobody can buy it now, at any price.

  1. 1Street and suburb. Never the house number, not before a claim.
  2. 2The job in the homeowner's own words, trimmed to one line.
  3. 3Job value, always a range, read from what they wrote.
  4. 4Confirmed means they clicked a link in their own email.
  5. 5Claims left. 3, then 2, then 1, then the lead closes.
  6. Nothing is blurred, teased or half-masked. The number is either yours or it is not.
03How it works

4 steps, and only one of them costs money.

No wall on the feed, no password on the first claim, nothing to choose. The only decision is whether this job is worth 1 credit.

  1. 1

    A homeowner posts the job

They write it on our site, or find a suburb page in search, and answer 4 questions. What, where, when, who.

  2. 2

    They confirm by email

Nothing reaches the feed until they click the link. That is what confirmed means here.

  3. 3

    You read the feed free

Filter by suburb and trade. Job value and claims left are visible before you spend.

  4. 4

You spend 1 credit and ring

Their name, mobile and address open on screen. At most 2 other tradies are in the race.

07Where the leads come from

We earn the demand ourselves.

We do not buy anyone’s database and we do not scrape. Homeowners post the job themselves, or find the suburb quote pages we write.

“Bond cleaning quotes in Coorparoo.” “Handyman quotes in Marrickville.” They answer 4 questions, then confirm by email.

That one email click is the whole basis of the word confirmed. It costs us leads and it stays.

08If you are the one with the job

Advertise the job yourself.

Write what needs doing, where it is and when. We put it in front of tradies in your suburb. At most 3 of them can pick it up, so you get 3 calls, not 30.

Post a jobFree, and no account to make.
1
Nothing leaves us until you confirm by email.
2
Your street shows. Your house number does not.
3
3 tradies at most, then the job closes.
4
You pay us nothing, ever. Tradies do.

LeadStream Local is not responsible for the work carried out. That responsibility rests with the worker or business you choose. Read the full statement.

The feed opens suburb by suburb.

No monthly fee. 3 tradies max per lead. Your credit back when a lead is dead. That is the entire pitch.
