Who is responsible for the work.

   LeadStream Local passes a job request to tradies. We do not carry out the work and we are not a party to the job.

   Responsibility for the work carried out — its quality, its safety, its timing and its price — rests with the worker or business you choose.

3. 3

   Check licences, insurance and references yourself before work starts. We do not employ, supervise, warrant or endorse anyone who claims a job.

4. 4

   Any agreement about the job is between you and that worker or business. Any dispute about the work is settled between you and them.

5. 5

   Nothing here removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law against the worker or business you hire.

What we are responsible for

• Confirming every job request by email before any tradie sees it.
• Holding the cap at 3 tradies per job, and closing the job after that.
• Keeping your contact details out of the hands of anyone who has not claimed your job.
• Returning a tradie’s credit when a lead turns out to be dead.
